Liberty Land and Stone Company Policy

Business Terms

Company Policy

These policies help keep scheduling, job execution, and customer communication clear for Liberty Land and Stone.

Last Updated: March 21, 2026

Estimates and Scope

All estimates are prepared from the project information available at the time of quote. If site conditions, requested materials, haul distance, or project scope change, final pricing and scheduling may be adjusted accordingly.

Scheduling and Site Access

Work is scheduled based on crew availability, weather, and site readiness. Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the job site, including clear entry routes and adequate working space.

Site Readiness and Utilities

Before service, customers should remove vehicles, personal property, and movable obstructions from active work areas. Customers are also responsible for identifying known underground utilities, septic components, irrigation lines, and other concealed hazards.

Weather and Operational Delays

For safety and quality reasons, work may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, standing water, unstable ground, severe wind, or other unsafe operating conditions.

Materials and Product Variation

Aggregate and natural materials may vary in appearance, gradation, and color from load to load. Liberty Land and Stone will deliver the agreed material type, but exact visual uniformity is not guaranteed.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Rates are based on current pricing at the time services are provided. Unless another agreement is documented in writing, payment is due at completion of delivery or work performed.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Customers should provide notice as early as possible for schedule changes. Last-minute cancellations, repeated no-access visits, or repeated rescheduling may affect booking priority and availability.

Workmanship Review

If there are concerns with completed work, customers should contact Liberty Land and Stone promptly so the work can be reviewed and addressed as appropriate within the original agreed scope.

Communication and Approvals

Project updates, timing confirmations, and scope approvals may be handled by phone, text, or email. Communication sent through those channels may be used to confirm requested changes.

Right to Pause or Decline Service

Liberty Land and Stone reserves the right to pause or decline work when site conditions are unsafe, access is not available, requested work falls outside agreed scope, or payment terms are not met.

Policy Updates

This policy may be revised periodically as business operations evolve. The most current version is the version posted on this page.
